He was born in Akmola Region, Kazakhstan. 

He graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism in 2017 and earned a Master's degree in Social Sciences in 2019. 

Throughout his career, he has held several senior positions in Kazakhstan’s media and public communications sector, including Advisor to the Chairman of the Khabar Agency, Deputy Director of the Department at Kazinform International News Agency, and Advisor to the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (February–June 2026).

Since June 2026, he has served as Chairman of the Management Board of Qazcontent JSC.
